The anchor statement is the thing that simplifies and codifies your message. It is the central statement that drives you to speak. It is your ignition point for knowing what to say in any situation.
The Framework
When you feel at ease speaking, formally or informally, it’s usually because the flow of your thoughts feel intuitive and connected even though you haven’t planned the exact words ahead of time.
